Commissioned Pieces

Please note, this quote is valid for 15 days from the date of quote. Quote is subject to revision thereafter.

Once I see the piece, I may suggest some changes as appropriate that may suit it better. I will keep you informed of the changes before I make them.

I work off a 50% advance payment which can be made in cash or via bank transfer. The balance is to be made before collection.
In case of a bank transfer, please ensure the payment is wired a few days prior to delivery to ensure there are no processing delays.

The item/items must be delivered to me and collected as I work from my studio. The quote does not include the transportation.

I will send you snapshots of the progress as I go along. Any changes once approved will be made, if possible, at an extra cost.

I use chalk paint only for all my projects. This paint does not have any odor and is non toxic. Also, please note that since I will be hand painting all the pieces/pieces ,a factory finish cannot be achieved. This ensures that each piece is unique.

I have the contact of movers which I can send to you.  I am not affiliated with them in any way however. You may use your own moving company. If there are any damages/ scratches in the move when the piece/pieces are brought to me and taken back, JustRestore or I will not be responsible. Any touch ups, if possible, thereafter will be done at an extra cost.

Please note I can fix minor scratches, bruises and dents. I will not undertake any woodwork or fix structural damages.

Sold Items

  • JustRestore has a strict NO refund and NO exchange policy.
  • The furniture items are second hand pieces which have been restored into works of functional art.
  • The items are in very good condition and can be used perfectly.
  • Pictures and videos of the selected furniture item will be sent to the client before payment is made.
  • Clients are welcome to visit the studio to view the piece before making the payment and before the item is packed.
  • Any changes to the piece, if possible, will be made at an extra cost.
  • The furniture item can be collected by the buyer or use their own moving company, if preferred. In this case, if there are any damages/ scratches during the move JustRestore or I will not be responsible. Any touch ups, if possible, thereafter will be done at an extra cost.
  • Alternatively, the piece can be delivered anywhere in the U.A.E at an extra cost (which will depend on the size of the furniture and delivery location).
