I was inspired by the Madhubani Art form, traditionally from India, for this pair of folding tables. I hand painted the peacocks using bright block colours which contrast with the base colours of deep emerald green and pale orange. All the colours I’ve used are reminiscent of Indian folk art.

I hand painted the peacocks using bright block colours which contrast with the base colours of deep emerald green and pale orange. All the colours I’ve used are reminiscent of Indian folk art. How convenient are these? Can be folded away when not in use or can be proudly displayed at all times as a statement pair!
